He attained his Masters of Business from Rutgers University of New Jersey while living in Beijing China. He gave the valedictorian address to the graduating class in Beijing in 2000. Philip, a retired Airline Transport Rated Pilot and Class 1 Flight Instructor, has had a successful 35-year career in the Aviation Industry. In 1979 Philip graduated with high honours from the prestigious Seneca Aviation Program in Toronto. He enjoyed time as a bush pilot and a Charter Aircraft Pilot in northern B.C. Soon afterwards Philip became involved with Flight Training and founded his own Academy in Ontario which eventually grew to 4 satellite bases with 14 Aircraft. Philip has held positions such as Corporate Pilot, Chief Pilot, Chief Flight Instructor, Pilot Examiner and Director of Flight Operations. Philip has helped launch the careers of hundreds of today’s Airline pilots. In 2005 Philip and his wife Wendy sold the Academy but he continued to be involved in Aviation.
